Team
The Production Team is the adult designers and creators that facilitate the productions at Providence Academy. We’re a group of artists, technicians, and mentors who love working with students, teaching the craft of theater, and making great art together.

Annie Tillotson
DIRECTOR
Ms T has worked in professional theater and opera as a performer in the US and abroad. She loves sharing that love with her students as they perform their own stories!
*In Singin’ in the Rain, in addition to Directing, Ms T was also the Vocal Music Director, Set Designer, Wig Master, Prop Master, a carpenter, a scenic painter, and recorded and edited the films shown in this production.

Dominic Bissonette
TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Mr B has worked in technical theater for over thirty years. Although his resume includes professional and regional theater, he loves working with students and training the next generation of theater professionals*In Singin’ in the Rain, in addition to Technical Director Mr B was also the Scenic Designer, Lighting Designer, a carpenter, a scenic painter, among other things!

Rachel Raeon
CHOREOGRAPHER
Rachel Raeon is delighted to be back for another season at Providence Academy. Originally from Idaho, Rachel holds a BFA in acting from The University of Montana. After college, Rachel continued her education in New York City, receiving her Professional Musical Theatre Certificate from Circle in the Square Theatre School. In addition to choreographing and working in theatre education, Rachel is an actor with recent performance credits including Bebe in A Chorus Line, Ilona Ritter in She Loves Me, Doralee in 9 to 5 The Musical and Evelyn Nesbit in Ragtime. She’s gotten to take on some great roles, but her favorite is ‘Mama’ to Emilia. -
Sarah Bissonette
COSTUMER
Mrs. Sarah Bissonette is thrilled to be part of this production team as our costume designer. In addition to working professionally at Chanhassen Dinner Theatres, she brings a wealth of experience, creativity, and craftsmanship to every show. Their eye for detail and ability to bring characters to life through costume design helps transport both actors and audiences into the world of the story. Sarah’s work adds depth, style, and a touch of magic to the stage. We are so lucky to have their talent and expertise on our team!

Tom Jones
PIT CONDUCTOR
Mr. Thomas Jones is excited to be leading the pit orchestra for his 12th production here at Providence Academy. Mr. Jones directs the Upper School Symphonic Band, provides all Upper School wind and percussion lessons, and teaches Beginning Studio Band and lessons for many of our 5th grade beginning band students. Prior to coming to PA in 2012, Mr. Jones taught instrumental music in Southern California for eight years where he led wind bands at all levels in grades 7-12, taught competitive field marching band, studio rock band, and music history. He has performed as a member of The Bakersfield Winds, a guest performer with the Bakersfield Youth Symphony, and he currently performs at churches around the metro area as a guest trombonist. Mr. Jones holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from St. John’s University where he graduated with honors.

Beth Wolfe
ASSISTANT PIT CONDUCTOR
Mrs. Beth Wolfe is the Strings Program Director and teaches a music appreciation class which is one of the elective offerings of our Middle School. She has been a professional performing artist and teacher in the Twin Cities for the last 50 years, teaching in the Minneapolis Schools summer program, Breck School, Macalester College, Eden Prairie String Academy, and MacPhail Center for the performing arts. Mrs. Wolfe is a founding artistic director of two conductorless Philomusica Chamber Orchestra, a String Quartet and has performed with all of the professional groups in the Twin Cities.

Charlie Hemler
PIANIST
Mr Charlie Hemler is a proud alumnus of Providence Academy and a familiar face (and sound!) in the pit. He has been playing piano for our productions for several years, bringing both skill and steady musicianship to each show. His playing helps bring the story to life in a way that feels effortless and engaging. We are always grateful to have him back in the pit. His talent, dedication, and collaborative spirit make him an invaluable part of the team.

Dave Pust
MASTER CARPENTER
Heavily involved for many years in both educational, regional, and professional theater, Mr Pust is delighted to join the ranks at Providence Academy building the sets for all of its productions.

Sarah Dorn
ASSISTANT TO THE MASTER CARPENTER
Working in theater in technical elements for a number of years, Sarah has experience in a variety of capacities. She is delighted to work in educational theater helping new generations discover their love of theater.

David Holmes
CARPENTER
A Twin Cities-based theatre artist, David is thrilled to be back behind the scenes at Providence for this production! Recent credits: Set Design-Mary Poppins (Oltman Middle), Sound Design-Miss Nelson is Missing (Phipps CFA), Set Design-Dracula (Locally Grown Theatre). Enjoy the show!

Trevor Rolando
CARPENTER
Trevor Rolando is thrilled to support this production as a member of the tech crew and to help bring these young artists’ work to life! He especially enjoys set construction and collaborating behind the scenes. Outside of theater, Trevor worked in strategic finance as an actuary for over a decade supporting Fortune 100 and start-up companies. As a performer, Trevor has appeared in musical theater and opera, including Robert Kincaid in The Bridges of Madison County, Steven Kodaly in She Loves Me, Remendado in Bizet’s Carmen, and twice as Tateh in Ragtime. This summer, he will perform as Harold Hill in The Music Man and Don Ottavio in Mozart’s Don Giovanniin Michigan. He would like to thank the production crew at Providence Academy for their dedication and collaboration.
